Ideal for a long or very long running session, you will approach 40 kilometers here. You will have less elevation gain than the "long-nord trail (n°9) with a less rough profile, but many more opportunities to accelerate. You will still encounter a bit of technicality and some formidable climbs, notably near "Montcléra", "la Thèze" or even after "Le Coy" towards the end of the route.
