This trail is one of the top 5 trail to discover all the facets of Quercy. Leave the departure (surrounded by historical monuments) for a short excursion which combines sport, natural and architectural heritage. A first downhill and a bit of flat ground to reach "Auricoste", then you can accelerate for the "DéfiTrail" in place on the climb. Keep some energy to finish the last 5 kilometers which are just as pleasant as the first.
