Head south from Salviac for a rhythmic and hilly circuit without major technical difficulty. From wood to wood, reach the villages of Luziers, Rigal, Bourbou, Laviole and make a stop at Lac de Dégagnac before reaching the starting point via Pech Basquié.

You can combine this loop with the one north of Salviac (circuit 7) to cycle for almost 50 kilometers and achieve even more elevation gain.
