In the heart of open landscapes, in the countryside of Frayssinet-le-Gélat and the surrounding villages, it's a hilly route that is less rough than the northern sector. Find passages in the woods but also wide paths and sandy forest tracks characteristic of the sector. It's a circuit accessible to beginners because it is without technical difficulty. The few slightly steep climbs are quite short.
