Start from the Quercy Outdoor base in Frayssinet-le-Gélat.

Trail session with a profile that allow you to do a cool run or a specific training to progress. 4 hills punctuate the route at the exit of Frayssinet-le-Gélat, before "la Thèze" in the valley, towards the "Moulin de la Bastide", and before the finish for a final short but intense effort to reach the starting point.
